First Citizens Bank to buy SVB’s deposits, loans from FDIC

First Citizens Bank & Trust Co will buy all of Silicon Valley Bank’s (SIVB.O) deposits and loans from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the regulator said in a statement.
