Easter is embodied in this sweet, smooth blend of chocolate and citrus
This is a bit like a chocolate orange in liquid form, making it a rather apt cocktail for Easter weekend.
Tangy chocolatini
Serves 1
45ml orange gin – we use Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla
20ml dark chocolate liqueur – we use Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cacao Brown
10ml fresh lemon juice
10ml standard sugar syrup
1 twist orange peel, to garnish
Pour all the liquids into a cocktail shaker, fill it with ice and shake for 12-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe, garnish with the twist of orange and serve.
