TCU Appoints Martin Boulton as Chief Executive Officer and Strengthens Governance Structure

Enhanced Governance Structure
This strategic appointment is complemented by key enhancements to TCU’s governance framework. The Managing Board of TCU now includes:

• Daniel Albrecht, a seasoned strategic advisor with extensive expertise in crossborder financial systems and institutional partnerships, driving fintech transformation and innovation at scale.
  
• Erik Skjöldebrand, who also serves as Chairman of the Board (COB) of MSTRpay AB. Based in Örebro, Sweden, Mr. Skjöldebrand leads MSTRpay’s strategic vision, expansion planning, and stakeholder relations across global markets. His dual role as COB of TCU ensures seamless strategic alignment and governance between TCU and MSTRpay, fostering scalable infrastructure and investor confidence across multiple jurisdictions.
  
• Petra Bauersachs, who is co-founder of TCU, will continue to serve on the management board as Chief Marketing officer (CMO)providing leadership and vision.
